HISTORY : Georges Brycek， a Polish-born sculptor， came to France alone in 1938 to escape the ravages of war.
He began his training as a Burgundy producer and founded the company in 1953.
After his retirement in 1983， his eldest son Edouard took over the reins， and since 2003 his son Christophe has taken over as the third generation head of the estate.
The Bricek family is baptized in the Vatican， and the wine cave is decorated like an association.
The wines， with their concentrated flavors and rich， intense aromas， are fully capable of aging for a decade or more.
Under Christophe"s leadership， the style is changing to a more elegant style， and is gaining many new fans around the world.
