宇宙を旅した高知県産のお米「吟の夢」と、宇宙を旅した2種類の酵母を用い、じっくり低温発酵させた純米大吟醸です。「ALIENS」の爽やかな辛口とは一変、リンゴのようなフルーティな香りが特徴の、スッキリとした甘口日本酒です。じっくりと丁寧に醸すことで生み出されるクリアな香りと繊細な味わいは、静穏な宇宙に瞬く星のよう。今までの「ALIENS」とは一味違った究極の「ALIENSGALAXY2021」。ラベルにシリアルナンバーの入ったプレミアムな1本です。
2005年10月1日の「日本酒の日」に、ロシアの宇宙船・ソユーズにのって宇宙へ旅立ち、約10日間宇宙ステーションに滞在した高知県産酵母と、高知県産酒造好適米を使用して醸造した世界初の試みから生まれた日本酒です。毎年「土佐宇宙酒審査会」の審査を受け合格したものが「土佐宇宙酒」として認定され、「ALIENS-エイリアンズ-」もこの「土佐宇宙酒」として認められたお酒です。宇宙へ想いをはせながら、壮大な夢とロマンを感じながら味わってみてください。
