This Boyds Yesterdays' Child Doll Playset features the beautiful girl Laurel， and her teddy bear friend Hyacinth， in a sweet vintage playtime-themed set called “Garden Party.” The set includes the 16-inch doll with brown hair (styled long and straight) and brown eyes， her 6-inch teddy bear figure holding her own croquet mallet， and wearing a dress that matches Laurel’s dress. This doll is dressed in a vintage-style ankle-length black buttoned dress with pink flowers in the fabric， over a white blouse with pink-embroidered ruffles at the neck. She’s got an off-white eyelet-trimmed slip， and formed pink-trimmed anklet socks with black shoes. Laurel has a beautiful black-ribbon-trimmed large straw hat， in case her delicate skin needs protection from the sun! Her hands are formed to hold her croquet mallet， and she appears to be having fun playing with her sweet bear Hyacinth. Also included are some croquet balls， to complete the scene. Original wrist tags for both doll and bear are also included. The doll displays best in a standing position， and includes a display stand. Like all Boyd’s dolls， her authenticity is confirmed by the stamp at the back of her neck， which is hand-numbered to show that she is #387 of 12000 dolls. She comes with her original certificate of authenticity， which is also hand-numbered with her registration number， and her wrist tag also includes this information. Ideal for collectors of dolls and bear figurines， this Boyds Collection piece is a must-have for those who appreciate high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The set is in pristine condition， and ready for display. The box (original to the set) has some very minor wear (as shown in pictures)， and is fully safe and functional.
